Jan Beurghs has started in 1985 with "Royal Coffee Makers". This instrument was in development from the Austrian corporation Reitz but Jan explored the entire plating process. His satisfaction being shortened in relation to the quality of the external plating structure, Jan started scrutinizing plating procedures himself.

In 1989 Jan’s started accommodating plating at his manufacturing facility in Kapelle-op-den-Bos. Over the next years the company grew exceptionally and employs five workmen momentarily.

The solution minded production process was driven by continuity in quality, which resulted rapidly in a trustful client relationship in respect to Jan’s technical skills.

2003, HiTeP (High Technology Plating) was created in response to the increasing demand from the plating marketplace, a competent technical solution provider in the plating field.
